Check out Darren Herman's plans to have a space where startups can co-habit, network and generally feel the love. When I was at Live365 and travelling frequently to NYC, I operated out of a similar kind of space in Tribeca. It was a huge loft with a few startups, some 1-2 person service providers (marketing, coding), and the energy was great. Drop Darren a line if you're interested.
